I need help with my o2 homebox..I started using o2 from January. The first box I received didn't have internet connection even after two technicians came, so I complained about it and I was told I will get another router which I got,.so the new router came and the internet started working but it sometimes disconnect and connect.even when it disconnect for a whole day I didn't care as long as it comes back on..but for the past one week now it disconnected and it hasn't connect back..it's just blinking red and blue on internet and the wlan light has a stable blue but the dsl has no light.i have done all I could do by using the o2 my service app but no results.
