Hello @Mohammed Nadeem,
if you are moving to a new address your DSL connection can come with you in most cases :-)
Of course you have also the possibility to transfer the DSL contract to the person who will live at you current address after you move, please keep in mind that any rebates that were granted as part of a combination of two or more contracts may be affected or even deactivated.
If you transfer the contract to another person it may also lose any rebates based on a combination of two or more contracts.
Transfering the contract to another person will cost a one time fee of EUR 34,99.
Regards,
Lars
Hello @o2_Lars ,
Thank you for your response, the place i am going to already has internet connection so i wont need it. but however I am interested in transferring the contract to my Flat mate. can you please tell me how much will he have to pay for the internet in total after the transfer because right now we are paying 30 euros or so. I just want to know how much monthly he will have to pay.
Hi @Mohammed Nadeem ,
your flat mate would have to pay 34,99 € since one discount is bound to your age and will be terminated after the transfer.
Please let us know, if you have any other questions regarding your tariff or the transfer
Best regards,
Kurt
Hi @o2_Lars ,
My flat mate is actually 25 years old will and he is already a o2 customer with some smart phone bought will this not make any difference in keeping the price to 30euro?
Hello @Mohammed Nadeem,
while transfering a contract to another person any discounts on the tariff will be lost. It might be possible that the rebate for young people stays as it is but this is never something that we can or will promise.
Regards,
Lars
