I plugged the Homebox 2 6741 router into the socket and it doesn't work.
He says no internet is recognized.
I called the O2 customer center several times, they said that the internet in my place has no technical problem so it is my problem ...
So until now I have no internet and nobody cares and I pay the installation fee and also the monthly rate.
I reset it 50 times and restarted the router 70 times. No internet is recognized.
I work from home and it drives me crazy without internet.
What should I do?
