Hi,

It has been 3 months since I terminated my internet subscription, you are still sending invoices! I delivered the modem to you, I received a cancellation confirmation e-mail from you, there are screenshots below. Why is the invoice still being sent? It has been 3 months since I left Germany, closed my bank account, moved abroad. What invoice is this?

If I make SEPA from my friend's account to which iban number, this invoice will be closed? I have closed my bank account, so the iban he is trying to withdraw automatically is closed and he cannot withdraw!!!!

I couldn't find a mail to tell them my situation. If there is one, can I send it directly there?


So presumably this invoice includes fees because the final invoice was not paid due to the direct debit failing. You can pay it by bank transfer:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG

IBAN: DE16 7002 0270 0005 7131 53

Be sure to put the customer number and nothing else in the reference.

As bs0 already wrote, you can make a transfer from another account, it’s just important that you enter your customer number as the reference, so that the paid sum can be added to your account. If you have any further questions about this, please let us know.
