So how do i change my tariff from XXL to XL ?.

I have a contract for 24 months and I  asked my O2 customer care executive to get me O2 my home XL onnection. But because of his carelessness they put XXL instead of XL in the contract. I have signed via electronic machine which wont show what is in the contract. I asked them 2 times, but they told me to change when i receive an email when they  install  the router. But after installing the router i dont get any email regardin g to change the offer. So how do i change my tariff from XXL to XL ? Or is it difficult to change within the first month how do i cancel the contract?

If the contract was concluded incorrectly in an o2 shop, the contract would have to be cancelled by the shop and a new contract would have to be concluded there according to the desired tariff.

I agree to @blablup. Did you order the contract in one of our shops or online/ by telephone?

If you ordered the contract online/ by telephone, you have a withdrawal-period of 14 days.
