Hope y’all are having an amazing day.
I left Germany few months back and had a O2-subscription. Did everything I needed to terminate the contract, and in fact, my last payment was due and made the 20th of September 2021.
I just got a message from the new tenant, telling me that s.he can’t have Wi-Fi because my contract is still going on.
That may be a mistake on their end, but that being said, how can I make sure my contract is 100% terminated?
