DSL Homebox 6641: No DSL or Internet Light in router, post connection

The Technician came today , make all the connection and also received email from o2 your o2 dsl connection now active , But I do not see DSL light on my home box 6641 .

 

I urgently need internet connection as i am working from Home . Please do the needful asap .

Moin Moin,

if no DSL light or if DSL is some times blinking than there is no DSL Sync.

Than you have to call the hotline.

Hello ,

 

I have called them 6 times today , Also take help from German speaking friend , he also talked to them , They ask for rest then disconnect the call , Again called same rest to do in 6441 box , Now no WLAN even showing green only power showing green in box rest nothing is there .

So i don't understand even through you are charging but without Internet , I have to pay since last 4 days , I don't know how many more days .

When you are going to fix , or Everyday i have to call for hours and waiting again and again .

 

All customer even here just what i got either sorry or number where to call .

If there is no dsl sync, only. O2 could help you.

The dsl cable is connected to the grey socked?

you have done the factory default rest?

Yes dsl cable connected to grey cable and yes today during the call i did reset also means factory rest

Yes DSL sync i think missing I have tried 02 service application from that i came to know ,May be below attachment will help you to know issue and fix it ,

in when calling on number mentioned it always boat pick the calls even in german i tried many times

Please fix the issue

4 Factory default you press reset for 30 sec.?

Yes I did the same was asked to do on call , it shows red then again after that 2 green led one on power and other on WLAN

I think something is not working as i asked my landlord there is no o2 connection in my apartment it means there is problem with box of o2 from outside , Would you check that

No… O2 employee have o2 in the prefix.
