Hello,

My name is Marina, an extremely disappointed customer of O2. I will summarise the multiple issues that I'm having right now with my internet account and hopefully someone here can help.

Firstly, the registration in the Shop of Nyphemburger Straße (München) was terrible. The shop assistant  noted my name and telephone number wrong and did not even ask for the PKK code (needed for the registration in the o2 portal).

Because my name was wrong, the router and the Technician could not reach my door at the scheduled date.

We received an email saying that the technician couldn't reach our door, so we went to the shop to find out what was the issue.

The assistant in the shop refused to give us any help clamming that it was not his responsibility and that we had to call to the online services.

After 30 min in the phone we finally reached an assistant (he was nice). He told us to change the name in the door in order for the technician to find the place (had to put a sticker in the door because I could not access the portal without the mentioned PKK) and added my telephone number correctly.
Today, the technician came to activate the router (1 month later), however, we didn't receive the router yet and seems like we ONCE more, have to call the service again to fix this new problematic.

I just cannot understand how a service, that makes you pay 120€ for the total price of the activation, can be so unprofessional. And how can a company be so incompetent to send a technician or activate an account without making sure that the router did not reach the customer .

Can someone please tell me if I will REALLY have yo pay for the internet since the first attempt of activation in 11th November?
And when I'm supposed to have the router I have payed 120€ for?

Thanks,

Marina

Moin Moin,

the prices you could find her https://static2.o9.de/resource/blob/69456/0abe028f175331518273b00b5526f0a1/dsl-preisliste-consumer-pdf-download-data.pdf

You have to pay a one time installation fee (Einmaliger Anschlusspreis) 69,99.

Than the monthly fee depends on the contract

If you choose a router from O2…

You have to pay a one time fee (Einmaliger Bereitstellungspreis) 49,99 + P&P 9,99.

And the Monthly fee for the Router.

If you don’t get the router be happy. Buy a AVM Fritzbox 7530 much better. And not much cheaper over the time. Price of 7530 - 60€ - 24 x monthly fee.

You should get the money back from O2 for the Router.

Hi @Marina Ez

welcome to our community.

Thanks to @schluej for posting the pricelist. Did you already get in touch with our customer support finding out how to get the missing router or are you still in need of assistance?

Greetings
