It has been three months since I am trying to change the ownership of my contract. Every time I open a request am told to wait for 14 days, but nothing happens after that. I have tried requesting for three times now, and still no effect!
O2 customer service is also crap, all they do is tell me to wait, I have already waited for 3 months and applied 3 times! How long before you solve this problem O2?
