Hi, 

Can you please help me, if I did everything correctly? 

I cancelled my contract, because I moved out from Germany. My contract should end in February 2025, so I followed the steps via meinO2. Could you please check if everything is done correctly? 

Also I need to return the FritzBox, but I am no longer in DE and I can’t find the address where to return the device. Could you provide that?

Please use the o2 returns portal. Please note that the DHL parcel label you receive there is only valid within Germany. You will have to bear the shipping costs yourself when shipping from abroad.

thanks, but that’s where I need help. If I use the returns portal, I can only sign with German address which I no longer have. 

 


No sign-up is required to use the returns portal. You only need to enter the serial number of the device you are returning. 


In the third step “customer data” it wants more - mandatory address and full name, customer code and email address. 


Just enter the address where you used to live.


This information is necessary to clearly identify the customer. Entering an address abroad where o2 Germany does not offer any services is therefore neither useful nor possible. Enter the data that you have provided to o2 for your contract.

Yes, as blablup and bs0 wrote, you can enter the adress where you were registered for the process of the return of your router to proceed and to receive the return label for it 🙂
