Hello, I set up the date to activate my Wi-Fi on 12.10.2021. I intended to activate it on the 8th of October, but my professor booked the whole day, so I was scared that I would not be at home at the time of the appointment. But now, my professor moved the class to the 12th of October, so is it possible for me to change the activation date to the 8th of October now? The router is already on its way to me, and it says that it will arrive tomorrow. I also got a text message saying that I only need to download an app to help me when installing the connection and entering the access data. So again, is it possible to move the date of activation? Rescheduling is only possible to a later date, but not to an earlier date.
The technician will only provide the DSL connection. Wi-Fi is not a contractual service provided by o2 and the technician will purely not do anything in relation to Wi-Fi.
No app is needed to set up a router that you have rented from o2.
