I am having an issue where I had to leave Germany in a hurry due to coronavirus. I have a dsl contract with you and I would like to cancel my contract. Please let me know how I can go about that. Im now in another state and i could not get ahold of anyone from 02. Its been 4 months since i departed from Germany.
I see that I can do through the o2 app, but it is in german and it is confusing to know which way to take.
Please give me some guidance. I already sent letters to you 2 times and i sent the router. The bills are just coming in and i do not want to pay them until the issue of the cancelation is resolved.
