Contract extension


I have a question in May the 2 year contract will expire, can I close this contract or can I buy another phone with this number?why can't I open a discussion, don't leave me at all, only here can I write

First of all, a little advice for you: the processing time in the community can take several days. We are not a real-time forum here. All contributions are processed bit by bit. Repeated comments will always push your contribution to the end of the queue.

Regarding your contract: you can of course also actively extend your current contract and choose a new mobile phone for a tariff extension. Discounts are also possible in this combination. Of course, you can also buy a new device from o2 at any time. Also in instalments. Devices run as independent contracts.

What would interest you in principle about an extension? Which contract and which device?

the 0² M package contract I have now is good, and the ultra s22 512 gb green or samsung s21 256 gb phone, this one of the two phones, can you make an offer?  I forgot about the contract extension but it says 83 € / 24 months for a s22 of 128 a gb expensive !!  I better close this contract and open another one !!

In order to be able to make you an offer for a VVL and for you to have a closer look, we need to know which device and which tariff you are interested in.

You are now writing about the o2 Free M (do you mean the normal o2 Free M or the o2 Free M Boost - check our tariffs here: Click) and the S22 Ultra with 512 GB or Samsung S21 with 256 GB. Are those still your favorites?
Do you want to keep it that way? Or have you looked around again and favoured another device/tariff?

s22 ultra 512 green or s21 ultra black 256gb and peach and this rate m boost if I write well, make an offer for each phone model

 

I tried but 80 euros is a lot, then I better terminate the contract and make a new contract, because it's worth better

Additional i´ve these further questions.

 

  • Is the email address in “my o2” correct?
  • I can send only one offer at time. Which Hardware should be in the first offer. An offer is 8 days valid. When I send the second offer, the first will be directly invalid.
  • Can I combine your contract with another one? The target with the combination is to get perhaps more discount for you.
  • Do you want to use multicards?

the email is this XXXXXX, I don't want multiple cards, this rate is good that I have now, but it also expires if I receive a good offer to buy a s21 ultra 256 gbs or s22 ultra 512gb, then it's good if not then I don't want  to extend the contract depends on the offer

In the first email i´ll send you an offer with the S21 Ultra 5G 256GB in black.

According to the transparency regulation I suggest you to see our product information sheets for further details. Note that the prices in the sheets are not discounted.

give the best offer ?!  now seriously 96 euros ??  if I make a new contract for a samsung s22 ultra 512 gb it is 60 euros per month, and you will make an offer of 96 euros !!  what a good offer !!  no thanks, you better terminate the current contract and make a new one !!!

I´ve since been given other options. If I take the next lower tariff and give a discount for the combination of tariff and hardware, than I can give you a cheaper price. But it isn´t so cheap as 60€/month. I´ll send the offer to you, perhaps the alternate offer is ok for you. :slight_smile:

I wrote that I want you to terminate the contract !!!  I don't understand what I have to call, if I did it online that I want to end the contract, I won't change my mind if you call me !!!  I decided that I want you to terminate the contract !!!  I have 2 more months and after that I don't want the contract to be extended !!!

sorry to hear that the offer didn´t meat your expectations.

Right now i can only see a reservation for the cancellation of the contract.

This reservation is only acitve until tomorrow. After that you can make a new reservation here.

You can confirm the cancellation by calling the number, which is displayed to you by the reservation of the cancellation.

what can i call !!  I canceled !!!  I'm nobody !!  I wrote and I made the cancellation !!  what is not clear ?!  I wrote that I want to cancel the contract !!

You can't do that here. If you want to terminate the contract you either have to phone to confirm or send a letter to o2.

I don't know why you don't cancel the contract, I clearly said that I want you to give up the contract !!!  where do you have to send the letter?  or what do I have to complete in order to terminate the contract !!! ??

There are guidelines we all have to follow. Cancellation is not possible here in the community.

You can send your notice of termination by letter or fax. Please have a look of the process for the cancellatioen here: Cancellation
