My charge is vanished and no package is activated.

My 10 Euro charge is consumed after exactly charging it, unless I have no automatic settings and configurations!



I'm really sad of this inconvinient happenings and I think most probably is because of my poor German understanding and cann't completely understand what is going on in my profile!

now I booked smartphone package of prepaid 1.5 S data and it's waiting for charge!



would you please check my profile!

I loaded 10,00 € credit, I ordered "o2 my Prepaid S" with the amount of 9,99 €, but it's not active and I don't have credit in my acount.



I would be thankful to have my o2 prepaid S with amount of 9,99 € activated.

the o2 My Prepaid S Pack was activated August 27th. Then the pack was deactivated in the online selfcare section, maybe this was unintended. 😕 Then you booked it again, but at this time, there was no credit left, so it went to the queue.

I now deactivatetd that pack in the queue and booked a new one for you. You can use it until September 25th (28 days).
