Hi All,
I had a 2 year contract. It ends at October, 2015.
I do not want the contract to extend automatically.
So I wrote a letter (in German) asking to terminate my contract.
I faxed it to :
Telfonica Germany Gmbh & Co OH
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nurnberg.
I faxed this letter 3 weeks back, on 21.06.2015. I have not heard back from 02 since then.
I also tried to "Kündigung vormerken" in my Mein02 profile. I tried calling 040 - 51 900 66 58.
But the land-line kept playing some music, nobody was picking it up I guess.
And I tried to call customer service, but my German is bad. I cannot speak German.
I am little worried now. I dont want the contract to extend automatically.
I need a confirmation that the message has been received or something like that.

we recieved your cancellation, but without your signature. So it is necessary that you sent us your cancellation with your signature.
