Cancel new phone order but want to keep updated contract

I am writing to request the cancellation of my order for the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Or order different phone instead of this one. If ordering another one instead of this is not possible.

Then, I would like to retain my new O2 contract, as I have been an O2 customer for the past two years.

Could you please guide me on how to proceed with the phone cancellation and/Or ordering new one while keeping my contract active? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether there will be any changes to my monthly O2 tariff as a result of this cancellation.

Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.

cancel both contracts if it has been less than 14 days and the order was placed online or by telephone.

If you want another smartphone you would have to extend it again.

Hello @S G,

Welcome to the o2 Community. 💙

As bumer already said, you can cancel both contracts if the contract is less than 14 days old. Here you can read more about how it works:Mobilfunkvertrag widerrufen oder stornieren | O₂ Community (o2online.de) You can have the page translated by your browser. If the revocation is through you can order again.

Kind regards, Lea
