Phone did not arrive. I was offered a promo (phone + free unlimited data volume) since October 2020. They gave me the simcard and signed a contract only for the simcard. The problem is I am paying more than 50 € for the first 3 months of billing. My question is .. is my simcard wuth unlimited data worth 50 € plus? I really wanted to have a phone but it didnt arrived ..

How about the phone they have offered me.last October? How can I get in contact with the 02 shop that I applied last October? Thank you for your time to answer.
