HomeBox 3 Internet light blinking red


Hallo, the Internet light suddenly started flashing red on my HomeBox 3, and since then I have no internet (I have a DSL connection). I tried the usual reboot and factory reset options but that didn’t help. Does anyone know a quick solution to this problem? I’ll try to get in touch with the O2 hotline too, but any immediate help would be greatly appreciated!

Ok I have called the hotline and apparently there is an internet outage in my neighborhood, and not a problem with the modem itself - so just need to wait and hope it gets fixed soon!

Is the service available again, or is there anything working not proberly?
