So I just got the invoice for the last month on my email (also need to discuss changing the email for login here and the app, but more of that later), and I see that I was charged something that I canceled.
Basically, I had O2 Free M tariff before and I wanted to change it. Before deciding on a new tariff, in January I activated O2 my Data Unlimited Since there was a cetrain day that I could cancel the additional option, I waited and cancelled it on the day, which was the last day in my invoice month and the charge for it should have been in that invoice only. In the next invoice period, I have my only O2 Free M tariff for the time I used it, the new O2 Free L tariff I activated, but also O2 my Data Unlimited for both periods (O2 Free M and O2 Free L). That is additional 38 EUR that I should not have been charged. Nowhere on the app does it say I have this activated, and the option was shown to me as being previously activated and the date it was deactivated, but I don’t see that anymore.
Can someone help clear this out?
