Lost Pin and Puk, can't call helpline without sim

Hi!

Need some help, I've lost my pin and puk number for my prepaid sim and can't call the hotline without my sim activated as I'm in another country.

Please help asap 🙏

You can call the hotline from any phone. The PIN and PUK are also visible in the app or your meino2 account.

meino2 account isn't linked to the prepaid sim, only created it to reach out for help! And still can't call the hotline without any sim in my phone, using wifi for this

Hey @Naomi S ,
so sorry you forgot your Pin/Puk.
Can you ask someone to lend you a phone and call our Hotline
Unfortunatly, without a login in Mein o2 this is the only way.
I really hope you found a way to call!?
