I need a device unlock code for a prepaid O2 phone purchased in May 2021. I’m from the USA, and purchased in Berlin because my phone was not set up international to accept the O2 prepaid card. Prepaid number last use was October 2021. I’ve tried registering, getting call back, what’s app messaging and getting nowhere for days, english speaking and no way to make a phone call.

unfortunately your IMEI could not to found in our prepaid database, It is probagly not an o2 prepaid mobile phone with a SIM lock
If you still can’t unlock it, please contact the store where it was bought.
