Change of DSL Contract


My current DSL contract is O2 my Home M Flex (along with a router subscription) that recurs monthly. I want to change my tariff to my Home S from the next billing date and I cannot find the option to do this online. How do I go about achieving this?

The current o2 my Home S (29.99 EUR) includes up to 50 Mbit/s, not 100 Mbit/s. You can not get new customer discounts, because you are no new customer.

You can not get a Kombivorteil for the DSL Contract if the Mobile contract already receives a Kombivorteil.

Why do you want such a change? If your o2 my Home tariff was concluded earlier than 05.10.2022, the speed and price for both tariffs are identical (50 Mbit/s, 29,99 EUR).

Hello @DeutschlandtoDuitsland ,

unlike mobile contracts, DSL ones can’t be changed online . If you really want to do this, and as blablup says there isn’t really a reason to, then we can change your contract for you.

My current contract offers 100 MBit/s for €34,99. If I understand correctly, as I also have a mobile contract, I can get the same (100 Mbit/s) for €24,99 if I start a two year contract (which I currently do not). @o2_Sven  If this is not the case, then please ignore this query, otherwise please change my contract accordingly.
