Hi there,



I ordered a pre-paid sim card (M) a while ago and have just activated it yesterday. I have gone through the identification, registration and activation stages however Mein o2 app is down as well as online. I can login (on my phone), however I can't do anything with my sim and it keeps saying "Der Dienst steht zur Zeit nicht zur Verfügung. Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal," which I understand means the service is down.



I currently don't have access to the package or have enough credit to make calls, texts or use my data. Is there anyway of being able to activate my pre-paid package rather than through Mein o2? As I would really appreciate being able to use my phone.
