Zwei debit per monat


Hello!

I have a two debits from my account.

One is “Ratenplan” and the other is “Tarifrechnung”.

 

The one under Tarifrechnung, I can see is the same amount of my invoice. But the other is always 10 euro and I do not know what is about and why are you chargingn me.

 

Can you explain this to me?

Did you buy a phone? One is your mobile tariff contract, the other one is the phone.

Hi, thank you for your response. Yes I bought a phone. thank you.

So, here is what I see on my invoice. This is the mobile tariff contract? I pretty sure I did not sign up for a tariff of 30 euros per monat. Is there any chance I can change the tariff? (I started the contract on Nov.21). Where can I see the options?

Is  Free M Tariff 29,99€ - 10€ Discounts = 19,99€ 

 

Why would you change it?

If it is possible I would like a cheaper tariff, with less GB or whatever, but cheaper.

Could that be done? change my tariff to a cheaper one.

The Free S 3GB 19,99€

or S Boost 6GB 24,99€ are not cheaper than your Free M 20GB for 29,99€ with 10€ Discounts = 19,99€

Has your concern been resolved with this help?
As Bollermann has already written, the other tariffs are not cheaper. In addition, the cancellation period for your tariff is long over and we can only make a change during the term for a fee. In addition, your hardware discount would not apply. In my opinion, you have the best option right now.
