Withdrawal of contract termination


Hi,

I submitted the termination of my HomeSpot contract online.

I can see in account dashboard that the contract is coming to an end on 01.12.2022 (as requested).

But, I would like to continue using it.

So, I would like to withdraw my termination notice and keep the contract going.

I see no option for that in the account dashboard.

Could you please, help.

As you wish i deleted the cancelation for you. The Contract will continue using the old conditions. 😃

If you decide to extend the contract, will the cancellation be taken out directly or do you want to keep everything running and not extend the contract again (possibly with new discounts)?

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for taking up my request.

I had a HomeSpot contract whose minimum term ended a while ago and it was running with a notice period of one month since then.

So, I would like to revoke my cancelation and keep the contract how it was before the cancelation i.e. same package with a notice period of one month.

I appreciate the help!
