But when I checked with one of O2 office, they are saying like I have to pay 5 euros per month for eSim eventhough I have O2 sim on my phone.

It depends on your Tarif. There are some with free Multicards and some with extra charge per Multicard.

Denner is correct, it depends on the contract. Since you’ve mentioned your tariff already (sorry that we missed that hint earlier) you can find the correct list here:

An eSIM for your watch would be activated as Mutlicard, which comes with an acitvation fee of 39,99 € and a montly price of 4,99 € per month.
