What the hell is ''Verbindungen and service' cost and how to cancel it immediately?

I have recently got 2 o2 simcards, 

one of the flat 30 euro/month and the other one 40gig 17euro/month

both of them with flat call and sms.

 

now in my bill I see there is 16.5 and a 10 euro  ''Verbindungen and service'  for each simcard.

 

What the hell is going on O2 ? do you want me to give my salary to you if you are not comfortable to steal more!!!!!

I tried calling you and visit the shop but both are not answering and playing with me!

 

canceeel this sh$$t and pay me back whatever you have stolen.

Hello,

Whats on the bill? The Flat Call and Flat SMS are only for Numbers in Germany (without Special Number), not from Germany to other Countries.

If you need held, pleas wait here oder call the english support

Did you check your itemized bill online at “Meino2”? @der Giuseppe is right by saying that the flatrate you chose is calling to all German networks and text messages are included. Also “Roam like Home” is a part of your contract which means if you are in another country of the EU you can use the flatrate for calling to Germany and to other EU memberstates. But be careful: this option is not valid if you are in Germany and call to France f.g.

So maybe the extra cost are calls abroad or any service line (health assurance or something like that)
