Dear Team,

I want to port out my number to smatmobile.de . I have already placed a request for port out through smartmobil. But the request has been declined. Can you please release my number urgently or let me know what i need to do. I do not see anything on the O2 portal to place a port out request.

But the portout option is not present in managed my sim card section. There is option to port in but not port out, which is quite strange.

the port-out process has to be done at the new provider. On the o2 side there will be only the setup of the opt-in (the release of your current number at o2).
