Waiting for repayment


I order 4 months ago and i pay for it and for some reason they cancel the order they take the money and they said  will send the money back in 14 days and now it’s been 4 months i call there they take my phone number that they will call for 4 months I’m sending email but no awnser and I’m still wating

How did you make the down payment for the device? Through which payment service provider?

I pay it online in Internet with a danish visa bank card

Brief feedback: We have not forgotten you and are still working on your case, but the research is very extensive and the colleagues in the specialist department are also very busy with the iPhone launch, so there is a longer processing time, for which I would like to apologize.

thank you so much for helping me but also there is another problem i said before it’s been a long time i pay with that credit card and unfortunately that credit card is not available is it possible to send the payment to my new bank account:

One month ago i order internet for my new house from o2 in butzbach city. And modem comes and didn't work i say to the person that work in 02 that internet is not working he come to my house and he couldn't fix it also and after he order a new modem and same problem with the new one and dosent work and i wanted to cancel and i did call

him he saying i most pay for first two month and then i can cancel the contract i dont understand why should i most pay for something that is not working?why 02 always try to abuse people  I will not pay for anything to this company anymore in my life
