Can i change my current plan now into a new one? Or it would be an add-on to my current subscription plan? I just wanted to change it from O2 grow UNBEGRENZT 15 MBit/s. Can you help me please?

Soo that means i will be paying a monthly of 49.99€? 29.99€ for the new unlimited data plan and 10€ each for the 2 additional simcards for 24months?

Yes, but you can deactivate the multicard if you don't need it.

Can you help me how to deactivate it? I already tried calling the customer services. Though they did help me, but the contract to end for the 2 additional simcards will be on July2024.

Do you mean 2 additional sim cards as in “Partnerkarte” or two Multicards.
If you are using additional sim cards “Partnerkarte”, the migration will be possible without the 10 EUR extra charges and a deactivation wont be necessary.
Do you need further support changing your tariff to unlimited mobile data? I’ll be happy to help 🙂
