I regret that you would like to cancel your prepaid-card with o2.

But of course, I will help you with the transfer of your prepaid-card to another provider. I just have released your mobile phone number and you have got a SMS as a confirmation.

Now your mobile phone number is ready for the transfer. Please contact your new provider and order the porting of your number. You will be charged with 6,82 € for the porting of your number. Therefore, make sure that you still have that credit on your prepaid-card.

After the porting, you have the possibility to transfer the remaining credit of your card to your bank account by using this form: Transfer credit to bank account
