I help my wife to top up her phone using mein o2 app. When I top up 15 Euro first time, the app shows that the credit card is not charged successfully. So I try second time and third time. But actually my credit card is charged 45 Euro. I was frustrated to using this app and incorrect information that provides. Could I get refund from those loading in the app?
