I help my wife to top up her phone using mein o2 app. When I top up 15 Euro first time, the app shows that the credit card is not charged successfully. So I try second time and third time.  But actually my credit card is charged 45 Euro. I was frustrated to using this app and incorrect information that provides. Could I get refund from those loading in the app?

Are you sure that the payment is already finalised and not just pre-authorised?

Is the payment allready finalised? Where you able to resolve your request? 
When you want to reverse parts of the payment, you should ask directly your bank.
