I can’t figure out how to edit but what I figured out was there was a charge of €19 something applied once I got to Albania and turned my phone back on. It’s not on the charge list where it lists what I topped off with and the amount deducted for my pre-paid SIM. I also did not send anything or go on anything. I was charged at 10:55 and O2 contacted me about my tariff difference at 11:03 and 11:04 about my roaming costs and also at 10:56 about how my guthaben was running low (which I assumed was a glitch as I had refilled it 3 days prior). I also noticed the price online is different than the price they sent me. I can’t figure it out based on the contract and everything they sent but is this allowed? Like to charge me before telling me the cost? I also have no idea what they would have charged me for as it looks like I used data less than a minute.

As you toped up your account, have you been in germany or in Albania?
Have you already checked your payment settings in your Mein o2 area on the webpage or in the your App?
