Hello!

 

I would like to know how to reactivate my “o2 my Prepaid S” tarrif.

 

I have recharged with 15 Euro but 10 Euro was not automatically deducted as usual.

How do I reactivate this? I usually get 3,5 GB and free calls for 28 days.

Didn't get an SMS that the pack was renewed?

If you have received the SMS, then wait a little bit and do nothing else.

 

If not:

Log into My o2 and take a look at the status of the pack.
If it says "Inactive"(Inaktiv) then buy it again straight away.
If it says "Active" (Aktiv), then the 28 days have maybe not yet expired (Check the state under the Verbrauchs-Check). You can unsubscribe from the pack immediately and then buy it again.
If it says "Extension, waiting for charge" (Verlängerung, wartet auf Aufladung), then the system did not notice the charge. You can unsubscribe from the pack and buy it again.


Thank you for your feedback but I am used to getting 3.5 GB and free calls and sms per month for only 10 euros. But now the 10 euro was not taken and I might be charged as I connect to the internet or as I call or send sms. Please can you

I recharged today my 02 prepaid SIM  with 20 €. 10€  has been ducted from my balance for O2PrepaidS which usually gives me an internet connection for months ( 3.5G) and free calls as well texting message to people in Germany on free of charge. But i do not have internet while my 10€ has been deducted. The phone number is xxx876. Can you please help me ? I urgently need internet. When I log into my O2 account , my Consumption check: o2 my Prepaid S indicates that 12 MB of 3.5GB has been consumed but i can’t even send a message on whatsapp. Can you please help me ?

Does it works now?

I see that the o2 my prepaid S pack is booked now, it seems that the charge has not been there, when you booked your pack.

Thank you for your service. Unfornately my SIM internet can work on all other applications such as google and you tube but not on Whatsapp. I am not sure why this happens ?
