My contract is supposed to end 1st of October 2022 (termination requested in early 2021)
I still have the Homespot modem/router. What are the steps required to properly finish it?
Where am I supposed to return the Homespot device? Are there any papers to fill for the contract to be properly terminated?

If you do not wish to continue your contract, please return your rental router to us at the end of your contract. You can order the return yourself in our returns portal.

in some of the older contract the HomeSpot Router was bought and not rented like it is nowadays. Is the contract you had with us a my Home or a my DataSpot one? If it is the latter then you definitely purchased the unit.
