Termination of my o2 contract

You can terminate your contract to the end of the minimum term.  Early termination is only an option if you leave the country permanently.

Have you already checked if the poor reception is caused by a malfunktion or if the coverage is to low in general? You can use our Live Check for malfunktions or our coverage map in order to check the networks at your adress.

We can not decide on extraordinary cancellations here, this requires a written cancellation including a detailed explanation. Our cancellation department will then check the issue and inform you directly.

I have checked and 2G and 4G was showed as the possible network but I'm still on emergency calls only.

does this concern your contact adress you have with us? Do you have the problem only there and only inside buildings?

Yes only on my Adresse, i normally go to school by 2 pm in afternoon and that's the only time i will have access to internet 

O2 network is not functional On my new location

unfortunately, the network coverage at your address is not optimal due to geographical reasons. However, we cannot decide on a termination here. Therefore, please submit your request in writing. You will find more information on contract cancellation in our English FAQs.
