You can terminate your contract to the end of the minimum term. Early termination is only an option if you leave the country permanently.

Have you already checked if the poor reception is caused by a malfunktion or if the coverage is to low in general? You can use our Live Check for malfunktions or our coverage map in order to check the networks at your adress.
We can not decide on extraordinary cancellations here, this requires a written cancellation including a detailed explanation. Our cancellation department will then check the issue and inform you directly.

I have checked and 2G and 4G was showed as the possible network but I'm still on emergency calls only.

Yes only on my Adresse, i normally go to school by 2 pm in afternoon and that's the only time i will have access to internet
