I have filled the form and uploaded the address de-registration document (from German government) via O2 website to terminate my contract. In addition I have already received the confirmation email in July 2022. Yet I am still getting invoices as I have moved outside Germany in August 2022. Could you help me to solve this issue?
Best.

Hello @ShengBerlin ,
did you receive more than just the bill in August, as bills are retroactive. So receiving one final bill after the contract itself has been terminated is normal, as that bill would cover the time until the end of the contract itself.
Kind regards, Sven
Hi,
I received the O2 invoices in September and October 2022, and the billing periods on the invoices are August and September 2022 respectively. Therefore, I am confused why I keep receiving those invoices (because I have terminated my contract in July 2022).
Best.
Dear @ShengBerlin ,
you still have a current o2 My Data tariff that has not been cancelled and you also did not return the router to us in time and therefore you were charged damages. The o2 My Data tariff has been running since August 20th 2021.
Kind regards,
Andrea
Hi,
I don’t understand why I still have a current O2 my data tariff after terminating it online (and receiving the confirmation email). Since I won’t come back to Germany in 5-10 years and I don’t have any German bank account at all, could you help me to cancel ALL of the tariffs (and stop charging me)?
On the other hand, I already return the router and the following is the DHL shipping confirmation:
Please check with DHL to check why they have not sent the router back to O2 (as well as stop charging me).
Best.
Hi @ShengBerlin have you used our Router Retour portal and have you named the number of the data tariff within your cancelation?
kindly regards Michael
Hi,
Yes, I used the portal on O2 website and I filled in the number in my cancellation application via O2 online portal.
Best.
Dear @ShengBerlin ,
you still have a contract because you only cancelled one mobile phone contract, but not the data contract. In the corresponding email reply on July 13th 2022, they even pointed out the second contract and told you that if you wanted to cancel this one as well, please do so in writing.
So, if you wish to cancel that contract send again the documents for a cancellation for moving abroad.
Kind regards,
Andrea
I had left German last year and cancelled my contract.
However, I’m still receiving invoice emails from O2 recently.
I understand there might be some balances needs paying, but I do NOT possess German bank account anymore.
Could anyone help me with this situation so the amount won’t keep increasing?
Edit o2_Sven 12.09.2023/10:01: Merged threads
I had cancelled all my contracts and paid the fee, but I still receiving invoice emails from O2.
I understand there might be some balance needs paying, but I do NOT possess a German bank account anymore.
Could you help me with this situation so the amount won’t keep increasing?
Hey @ShengBerlin,
Can you still see the invoices? You will find all the relevant information there. Your customer number and the bank data, where you can transfer the outstanding amount. A transfer from abroad is possible without any problems.
Greetings, Flo
Unfortunately, I click at the button on email (please see the image) but cannot access the invoice either. it just re-directs me to the home page of O2 community after login.
Is there another way to resolve it? For example, sending the invoice directly to me?
Dear @ShengBerlin ,
welcome back in our community. I will write a private message to you from o2_Support.
Kind regards,
Andrea
Dear @ShengBerlin ,
thank you for your respond in the private message.
