Hi, I’m a client of O2 Germany but as of now I live abroad (Netherlands)
I’m coming to the end of my O2 contract just next month and I’m trying to terminate it at the right date as my 2 year contract is coming to an end.
However, anytime I try to use the website to terminate the contract, it just takes me to do a phone call where the customer don’t speak English, therefore they end my call. If I try to use the “Cancel now” button, nothing happens.
Because of this, I’m unable to terminate my contract and this is becoming an issue. I’m trying since a while and I can’t seem to find a person to talk to willing to terminate it or an online way to terminate it.
What can I do? How can I terminate my contract on time?

und dort dann etwas weiter runter scrollen (und bitte niemals telefonisch kündigen, da du dann keinen Nachweis hast)

It's annoying that it doesn't work with the cancel button.😑
Have you tried using the contact form? You can also cancel there.
