hello, please help out. i signed a contract (24 months) in a o2 store and i found out it is important thing. i signed a unlimited max sim card with router to be used as home wifi. they told me its the best thing and totaly will work. and i came home and my signal is so low that i cant watch video on yt... what can i do?

You can cancel the contract to the end of 24 month.

you can also use the simcard in a normal smartphone if you have an Unlimited Max and see if you are getting a better signal with that, the position of the router itself might also be a factor in the reception that you hae and you should of coures also check if there are any currently ongoing issues in your area with your net in the LiveCheck.
