Hello!

I’m currently using an OrtelMobile prepaid SIM card which I believe is still part of the O2 Network. Last night I had a text saying that my internet option has expired and no longer be renewed due to insufficient credit. I then topped it up from my mobile bank and later received another text that the top up is successful (the amount after topup was 24,57€). But when I checked in the MeinOrtel app it says that my credit is 2.08 € which I assume the 22.49 € is deducted for the internet option already. But the problem is the internet option is still not activated. Is there any way for me to know whether my previous credit is actually deducted to the internet option? Or should I just wait until I get another text confirmation? Thanks

Ortel, just like o2, uses the Telefonica network. However, this community is exclusively for o2 users. You would have to contact Ortel with your request, as we do not have access to your customer data. I’m sorry.
