Hello,

 

I am a new O2 customer. I have placed an order for a new SIM card. I got an email on 13th january that my sim card has been handed over to the Deutsche post, but i have not received it yet. Can you please help me as i urgently need the sim card?

Thanks for your patience. Did you already manage to clarify the delivery of your sim-card?

 

If not, please let me know if it is a sim-card for a new contract or for exchanging another sim-card.

I received an email that my order for the sim card has been cancelled. I cant speak german and hence was not able to call the customer helpline number. I don’t know why it got cancelled.

The sim card is for a new contract. This is the Auftragsnummer of my previous order: WSFCXXXXX339

Can you please help me in obtaining a new sim card as soon as possible. Or let me know if i should place a new order.

If you have already received a cancellation-confirmation of your order, then everything is clarified. 

 

Can it be that your delivery address was wrong, or that your name is not mentioned on your letter-box?

 

What exactly did you want to order? We can try to order it again. You will then receive an offer by e-mail.
