Good Day!

My sim contract after 2 years (24 months) of used will end in September and I don’t wish to continue it further because last January I ordered new phone + sim with it. Basically I am paying 2 sims now and as my old sim is about to end in September, What is the process I need to follow? 

Please advise. thank you.

You can also user the new cancellation button on our website or in the “Mein o2 APP” to cancel your contract.

Online portal:

login with your number → Tarif & SIM-Karte → Tab on the right side “Vertrag verwalten” → scroll down to → “Vertrag kündigen”

or use the button in our App: → menue → “Verträge kündigen”
