sim card and ID verification


Dear 

i bought a free sim card and i activated it abut when tried to verify my ID , your guys using video chat refuse  to help and when try to use the deutsche post branch , the woman refused to accept the ID since i am asylum seeking in Germany 

i think it is called racism , but you are big firm and nobody will touch you and deutsche post employees 

would you stop racism and verified my ID because asylum seekers still humans too

Welcome to our o2 Community. 

I can assure you there is no such thing as racism when there are technical difficulties during the activation process of your prepaid sim card with your ID papers. 

Could you give us a brief update, since there are now a few days gone by after your lastposting? Do you still need to verify your ID to activate the contract/simcard, or is everything fine by now?
