The smartphone did arrive but no sim card?

Normally the sim card arrives earlier than the smartphone because it is send via mail (letter).

Has the sim card arrived in the meantime?

Did you try to register your phone in Mein o2?

You can register the contract (sim card) after it has been activated.

I have the same problem waiting now 2 weeks, with no login, no SIM card, no information really really bad experience, just want to know if my sim card is on the way haha is there ANYONE who can help me

have you also received the phone? If so, have you managed to get a hold of the bill for the phone? You can register your account for the phone here, using the bill as reference:

I’d advise checking the status on a pc or mac. The possible verification mail for your access can be take a few minutes. If the status shows that the SIM has been sent out since a few weeks, please let us know. We’ll then switch to personal messages in order to get a replacement going.

the number you need is the contract number. You will find this on your invoice or on the delivery note
