sepa direct debit


Please cancel Sepa direct Debit for my number XXXXXXXXXX. I already went to O2 shop last week and it seemed that he unchecked the direct debit option, but still it shows in pending transactions of my sparkasse.

I already did cancel it before the due date.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

There is an entire process that comes before the actual debit from your account, which is why the transaction order can already be started even though the due date hasn’t been reached yet.

we cannot arrange a chargeback. I can gladly check for you whether the withdrawal of the direct debit authorization will be taken into account for the next invoice. I write to you now as o2_Support via PM. Please check your mailbox.
