Hello team 

 

Last monday i have signed a contract from o2 prepaid to tariff. 27th of december i should sinply insert new sim and my old number would be the same. However, my old number is deactive, and new sim card is simply with another no. How can I solve it?

you ordered the number portability directly when you signed the contract? You should have received informations about the status, was there anything? sometimes a simple typing error can lead to problems.

What is the current status, everything fine or can we support you?
