Hi,

My name is Fahim and my wife had a phone contract with O2. Last year on 09.12.2020 she transferred that contract to me. The number is “0176-xxxxxxx1” and after the successful transfer of contract i got Kundennummer 6xxxxxxxx6.

When i got the contract on me i didn’t register the sim on Meine O2 website. I also lost the sim and now i can’t order new sim as i haven’t even registered on the website. Can you please help me in ordering the replacement sim for the given number. Also the procedure using which i can register to Mein O2 website.

To your point:
We can order you a new replacement SIM card at a one-off cost of €29.99, which will be shown on your bill. The SIM card will then be sent to your contact address and can be used within a few days.
Alternatively, you can go to an o2 shop and have a replacement SIM card issued there and pay for it directly on the spot.
How would you like to proceed?

thanks for the reply and the information about guidelines. I would like you to proceed with the order of sim and get it covered in my bill. What kind of information you will need from my side to proceed? 
 

also i wanted to confirm the address as well on which sim will be sent
