@o2_Andrea  i remember checking and the pixel 4a was listed as available/in stock before I ordered it. If it is now unavailable, is it possible to cancel the phone order without affecting the contract? I can then buy the phone directly from google, as I’d rather not have to wait

Here is the email I received on 12 November, confirming that it is being sent. But there is no record of the Auftragsnummer when I search via the link. Something has gone wrong here, and now I'm concerned. Not only are both contracts much more expensive than I agreed to when I clicked the offer, they also have the 5 Euro internet add on which I didn't specify, and the phone has gone missing!

Dear @bmot ,

 

as I mentioned above, there were problems between November 12th and 14th when booking discounts for contract extensions. The discounts should be corrected automatically in a few days. Please don’t worry about it.

We offer two different Google Pixel 4a, I can see that the 5G Version is immediately available and the other one will be available in a week. Where the delay comes from I cannot say. You can of course cancel the contract within 14 days if it takes too long.

Hi @o2_Andrea yes, all is good: the phone arrived a few days ago and it looks like both tariffs have been corrected. Thanks again for your help in getting this arranged, I'm happy with the new contract and phone.
