I want to change my O2 prepaid sim to other network can you please release my Number for Portability?? and what amount should be there in my credit account for the Portability as I have zero tariff balance.

Do you use the Mein o2 app?
If so:
Open the Mein O2 app and tap the menu button in the lower right corner.
Another menu will open and tap Trif & Optionen there.
On the next page, tap on "Rufnummermitnahme"
On the next page, tap on "Rufnummer jetzt freigeben".
You will receive an SMS / email with the confirmation.
That's all.

No I don’t use mein O2 app I use desktop version which O2 online.
It only works with the app.
You should wait for more help from an o2 representative.
In a few days one of them will help you.
