Can someone please help me on this. I’ve already wasted my 2 hours for this. I am calling the hotline… It is a a total dead-end… I cannot reach anybody. Using IVR technology is good, but you should consider your international customers as well I suppose!!!
I have already signed a contract with a different provider. To be able to use my O2 number, I am told that O2 side must release this number.
How can I do this online?
